2024 Transfer Portal

What is our biggest need? I’m guessing an “Olmsted replacement” from the transfer portal? Or do we still need someone that’s more of a true point guard?

I think they have a few freshman that could be interesting, Rutherfurd is 6'11" and redshirted this last year, curious to see what he can do, I'm sure he practiced against JO/BW all last year.
I'm not sure if Jaqari Miles is your true point guard but between Turner, Miller, and Miles, they do have some options.

Our seats are directly across from the Bobcat bench. All season long, I watched Aidan Gair enthusiastically cheer on his teammates. To my knowledge, he never made it to the court. Because he never appeared in uniform, I assumed he was injured. By the season's end, I thought he would receive a medical redshirt and return next year with two years of eligibility remaining. I am sorry to see him enter the portal because I wanted to see him play. For what it is worth, he was a JUCO All-American.

Does anybody have any insight into his situation?

It will be interesting considering the short time to build a roster his first year. And honestly a roster that very much overperformed. I expect for a couple transfers to come in.

Would be nice to get a true center to let Walker play more of a 4. Similar to what Danny did with Osobor and the big fish.
