It's early but so far the one with the stadium image is leading by far (at least on X). The "Miss Kitty's" version, now on a gold shirt, is losing. I kind of liked that one, so it shows I'm out of touch with the people.AFCAT wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 10:06 amTime to vote. All the designs are on gold t-shirts, except one.

I knew this would happen when I saw the horse design. The fans are going to go with the same basic t-shirt again.kennethnoisewater wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 10:22 amOn instagram and Facebook currently, the one with the horses is leading. Way more votes on IG and FB, so that's probably a better place to look for a winner.
It's interesting MSU would even use a similar design to last year. The rodeo runout is great, but the same shirt 2 years in a row?AFCAT wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 10:52 amI knew this would happen when I saw the horse design. You can if you vote on different social media platforms.
I'm also surprised that this shirt even made it to the final 4 designs - it's awesome but so similar to last year's shirt that I doubt many people who bought the 2023 shirt will buy this one too. I know I won't, especially as I generally only wear the Gold Rush shirts once a year so the old ones I have are still basically new!BleedingBLue wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 10:55 amIt's interesting MSU would even use a similar design to last year. I didn't even pay attention to the fact neither design actually depicts the flags the rodeo team uses. They use Bobcats spelled out in full. Nitpicking, I know.
The stadium one on Facebook isn't that far behind thoughBleedingBLue wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 10:55 amIt's interesting MSU would even use a similar design to last year. I've seen them use 'CATS' at least once when they didn't have enough riders, but it certainly doesn't happen often.BleedingBLue wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 12:08 pmI didn't even pay attention to the fact neither design actually depicts the flags the rodeo team uses. And the football field doesn’t go all the way to the mountains. I think the artist can have a little bit of freedom in their design.bobcatozzy wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 4:55 pmThe one with the horses . The M is on the wrong side of the mountains.
Definitely get to take some license but I gotta agree with the M on the wrong side. Everything that ever shows that it is on the right side. And the mountains used are there just a mirror image left and right so not like it couldn’t go on the proper side. Just a silly mistake that is glaringly obvious.AFCAT wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 5:47 pmAnd the football field doesn’t go all the way to the mountains. The goal post on the far end of the stadium shirt is in the middle of the end zone.kmax wrote: ↑Fri May 03, 2024 6:25 pmDefinitely get to take some license but I gotta agree with the M on the wrong side. I don't know how this works, but I think it's all bots. If you follow high school sports in MT, you might see a post on social media from a tiny school, and there will be a bot post saying they have apparel for sale. I do know they aren't paying any licensing royalties, or even asking if licensing is required for the use of the logo. I don't know for a fact that this is what's happening here, but I'd bet money it is. I don't know how these accounts don't get completely shut down. That design might not be trademarked, but MSU's logo is...maybe they just know exactly what they can get away with.
