Exit poll results

Slate was releasing the exit poll results as they were coming out (contrary to the major news orgs, who have promised not to do so). I caught the first batch, which had most of the swing states, including Florida, going to Kerry. I'm sure those will change in either direction as more polls come in.

The interesting thing is, it is now almost impossible to get on the Slate site. They must be getting overwhelmed with hits right now. The other news sites are slow, but Slate's just won't even come up.

zogby says it's tied, with VA and PA not called.

Montana's been given to Bush. There's a big surprise.

Also, Rehberg won big. Another big surprise.

Whoever did those exit polls sure did #%*& up big time!!! Bush outperforming the exit polls in almost every single state. How does that happen?

That's why I don't put any stock whatsoever in any polls--especially exit polls.
