Coach Logie was emotional in the postgame. The guy is intense and committed. He wanted this one bad, and said there were a lot of hurting guys in the locker room. It's November, we'll be okay. Last year at this time we were losing to Rocky.
Wow, just went on YouTube and watched the postgame interview. Love is awesome, he'll get them going sooner rather than later. Finally playing some home games will also help.

At the end of the day this was a very winnable game. One the Cats probably should have pulled out. In games like this it’s the little things like bad rebounding and poor defense and lunging for a steal or getting caught flat footed that make all the difference.

I will preach it over and over again. The difference in games like this are effort plays like boxing out and rebounding. You can’t expect to win games and give up 15 offensive rebounds. Those two things don’t coincide with one another. There are certain people on this team who make it a priority to box out their man and others who think they’re above that. Until that changes, this team will not upset a team like Wisconsin or Northwestern (both of which I’d argue should have been wins). You need buy in from everyone on that bench to make effort plays 100% of the time.

They’re very close and I loved the effort and the response of this team after playing showing piss poor effort and a loser mentality against a very bad Denver team.

Need the “stars” to buy into the process a little bit more, pick up their lunchpail, and do the “little things” right 100% of the time!

Passing was much better most of game. At one point 15 assists on 19 made shots.

Walker is probably our best offensive player but when he’s in there it feels like our offense gets stagnant.
He dribbles, spins and messes with the ball too much. No chance to swing it or get the defense out of position once he gets it.
The other players just stand around and watch.
He is a good bucket getter but overall I think he messes up the offensive continuity.
