Looking at the attendance the gris didn't break the 13000 number, 12800. Less than half full.
Eddie George says at 6:19 into his press conference that the noise in Wash-Griz was as loud as Baltimore, Wisconsin or Penn State.
Yawn.
Gotta love that Griz press ask that after every win. Haven't heard the question yet after a home loss.
Another chapter in dUMb’s long search for confirmation. It’s a sad story indeed.

“Hey, Eddie. Eddie! We’re big time, right? You think we’re cool, right? Right?!”

“Yeah, you’re pretty good.”

“Eddie said we’re big time.”

So pathetic.
Yep. That guy's such a class act they could have played Northern Colorado and he probably would have said it was one of the louder crowds he's ever heard.
So you think and speak for Eddie George? Why take the time to mention Baltimore, and Wisconsin, and Penn State, and compare them to Missoula? Why lie?
Because it costs him literally nothing. It makes everyone writing stories say nice things about you and he can do again the next place he goes to no one gonna say hey wait… I thought said um was the loudest because no one there will remember it.

Being in the public eye teaches people like George how to speak at things like this. Toughest place to play, best coached team, talent everywhere, and loudest. None of those things are quantifiable but heaps praise even if you don’t mean one word of it.
So I guess we can just call you “Eddie” since you think and speak for him. How many other times have you publicly said an FCS stadium outside of Missoula is as loud as Baltimore, Wisconsin, or Penn State? I Googled but can find zero.

It's called coach speak, but don't get all butt hurt over it. I'm sure you're half size crowd was nice and loud, so don't worry - you guys done good. I remember an opposing coach saying Washington Grizzly was louder than Autzen. (Psssst - it isn't).

No argument from me because I’ve asserted nothing. Eddie George is the one who said Wash-Griz last night was as loud as Baltimore, Wisconsin, and Penn State. He would seem to know where he’s been and what he’s heard, true?

No-one here has tried to speak for Eddie George and you know that. Now you on the other hand have spoken like a true Karen.
So, Karen, how about you get off this board and tend to your plans for Frisco? As in canceling your flight, canceling your room accommodations and selling your tickets.

Regarding Eddie George's quote about crowd noise, fans of teams who actually get to play at home this weekend would agree that...

Apparently it was the loudest crowd of 12,000 people in football history.

When is their next home game?

Seattle to Billings to Missoula to Bozeman to Portland to Billings

What a ride

Griz fans are (rightfully) super excited about Junior Bergen today. He is capping off a fantastic career.

But I think what gets lost behind his excellence in the PR game is that their actual offensive output-- 27 points-- is the exact same as Tennessee State.

If a 7-5 Big South-OVC team can come into your building under the lights and match you point for point on offense, you have serious problems.

Their "bye" is in Week 1, August 30 which is the first full week of games next year.

Good Lord, they very well could end the season 10-2 with ZERO ranked wins. If you're the playoff committee what the hell do you do with that resume?

I mean we talk about how loud our 11k or whatever game was in the playoffs so if they want to talk about being loud too, then so be it. You could tell the TN team was struggling with the noise.

STOP. FEEDING. THE. TROLLS. Just tell them their stadium is louder than God's farts and then move on with your day ignoring them. If you don't engage they might take their two IQ points to another site and leave us alone.
