Good news everyone, I flew out of the Bozeman airport this morning and did not see a single Bobcat player wandering around the terminal telling random strangers that Vigen is leaving for WSU.

Not that I trust this post any more than the previous one, but IF that was the salary he was offered, he really shouldn’t take it. Vigen could probably double that at a much more stable program in a year or so.

Lots of rumors floating around today about Wazzu waiting to announce their coach in January, and that it’s very likely Vigen will be taking that job.

Brint Whalberg and Shaun Rainey re-tweeting a tweet from a known troll account. Wouldn’t take much from it…plus why would they meet in Vegas to discuss an offer?

I think if we hear nothing before the NC game that means Vigen is gone and potentially a good number of our top players, Wazzu doesn't have the funds to lure a P4 Coordinator.

Agree. If WSU does not announce anything in the next couple of weeks, it is probably Vigen.

If that is the case, Leon will know about it beforehand and will hit the road running. This job is more attractive than it ever has been.

This is too cryptic to mean anything. Aside from fans and online sources, some troll accounts, who is everyone? Also, how do you know, about position coaches not in the know? Not doubting you, however, there is not much substance to this.

If we could get 20,000 fans to donate plasma and give $100.00 a month for 6 months, that would be $12 million dollars. This money could go towards all coaches salaries, assistant and position coaches salaries, athletic department salaries…..we could than keep coaches and others on staff that we all really like.

I have inside information, that position coaches have no inside information. lol

They are asking themselves many of the same questions we are debating on the forum. Think Vigen and the higher ups are doing a GREAT job of not making this a distraction. 1-0 baby!

I see where Bobby signed a new contract over the hill. I believe his new salary is above Vigens. Maybe Brent is using that, plus the interest from other schools to renegotiate his contract with Leon. Wouldn’t it make since that Vigens should be at least on par with Bobby’s?
