If Vigen does pass on the job it would mean 2 MSU coaches in the span of less than a year said thanks but no thanks to WSU. Ouch.

The Wazzu fans have posted a Coug edit of Tommy on X. I feel a little ill.
Where’s that at? You got a link?
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Gfxh-Iia8AE ... name=large

Hopefully, this works. If not, the guys twitter handle is Wheatfield Underdogs

These idiots have been arguing about whether or not Tommy has another year of eligibility and tracking private plane traffic between Bozeman and San Diego in the last day. They clearly have no idea what the Bozeman airport looks like during the holidays.
Lame. This is a huge nothingburger. Terrible photoshopping, and the fact they think Tommy has another year is too funny. Move along people!

Desperation is a stinky cologne.

Cougland is in free fall.

He is lurking here and trying to get a rise out of you. He also can’t research facts very well while living out of his broken down school bus and relying on spotty free Wi-Fi in the parking lot at Starbucks.

Bobcat athletics is a business to the coaches, school leadership, and players. It's time the fans treat Bobcat athletics as a business too.

Lot of photo shopping going on with Vigen as well right now with WSU

Brent could put out a statement saying he is going to be the head coach at MSU next season.

With the early portal open, that he hasn’t done so tells me he’s weighing options until after the season. I’ll be pleasantly surprised if he’s back in Bozeman for Spring Ball.

Everything posted has almost been exclusively troll or fan guessing. He also was included in USU and UNM job rumors. If he came out and addressed every little rumor it would look pretty unprofessional.

Choate basically said he was staying at MSU after the Boise job fell through and ended up leaving for Texas just a few weeks later.

Yep, I don’t think Vigen is nearly as flighty as Choate, but until they’re coaching spring ball, there’s always a chance they’ll take an open position somewhere else

I dont think anyone takes Choate until he proves something at Reno. And if you think he got the Reno Indoor practice facility off the ground and getting done, I would guess again. it has probably been in the works for years. he just gets to be vocal.

I’m told he addressed the team last night and is taking the Wazzu job. Not sure if/when he’ll address the media.

Felt this coming as WSU was taking so long to announce. Bummer but Leon will do a good job.

I think he'd be a fool not to take that job while he has the chance.
Next year may not have the same opportunity, the pay is great and the expectation is not that high in Pullman. Moscow/Pullman is also a great place to live.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

I’m 99.9% sure - based on a conversation by people that would know - that Vigen isn’t going to Wazzu.

What the heck is going on!? 0.1% is a tiny margin of error, sir.

I guess a lot can change in less than 5 days.

It’s not addressing rumors to simply state “I am going to be the head coach of the Montana State University Bobcats next season.” I’m not criticizing him for this, I’m merely observing things and using them to set my expectations on who will be coaching Spring camp. As of now, I have no clue, but I’m leaning him being gone.
