My guess is if Vigen was choice #1, they wanted him to skip the chipper and he wasn’t willing to do that.

That’s my thought, as well.

I would guess we came up with some more money or Vigen wasn’t willing to take their offer and they moved on to Rogers. This is a BIG jump for him.
