Hmm, no email or tickets in Axs yet as of this morning. Anyone else yet to receive?

Edit to add, yes was charged and do see them in my TicketsWest account. Just impatiently waiting for the actual tickets in Axs.

I had to swipe down and refresh the tickets page in the AXS account for them to populate. When I first went in this morning, they weren't showing.

Weird. At least you've been charged. I did get an email at 11:54pm last night.

I was in the same boat yesterday. Although I was charged for them, nothing at all showed in my TicketsWest account so I called the ticket office earlier in the day yesterday and they were able to confirm that I had tickets and just needed to wait for the NCAA to deliver them to the AXS app, which they did just before midnight.

Priority point members and STUDENTS who purchased their national championship tickets through the Bobcat ticket office, please read the following information closely.

If you were a priority point member who was notified you would have the opportunity to purchase national championship tickets from the Bobcat Ticket Office prior to the semifinal game versus South Dakota your tickets should be distributed today via the AXS app. Follow the steps below to confirm you received your tickets.

Step One:
Download the AXS Tickets app on your mobile device.

Step Two:
If you have never created an AXS account before, please tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you enter the email address you received your original ticket confirmation with.

Step Three:
Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.

Step Four:
To verify the device being used, AXS will send one final email. Simply click the link to activate your device.

Once your account has been activated confirm that your tickets are in your AXS app and you are ready for game day!

If you purchased your national championship tickets through the Bobcat Ticket office after Thursday Dec 26th, your tickets will be distributed Thursday or Friday. ALL FANS should receive an email from AXS when their tickets have been distributed. If you believe there is an issue with your tickets you can contact the Bobcat Ticket office at 406-994-2287, please understand staffing levels are varied and wait times may be long.

I still haven't received my tickets and I'm sure the MSU ticket office will be closed tomorrow. I suggest calling the MSU ticket office today if you don't receive them by 2:00pm

Interestingly I got different seats than what was listed in ticket west. But at least they got better. :shrug: :shrug:

It's funny, I called the ticket office over an hour ago and I was sixth in line. They have a call back option now and I used it, but still no call back. Got my tickets though, so it's all good.

Mine showed up late yesterday. I got a email saying they had been delivered but nothing was in my AXS account. If you sign in and then change your password they show up in your account. It worked for me. Sec 124 row 19 seats 24,24

Don’t trust the MSU ticket offices call back system. I left a call back 5 hours ago and haven’t heard back from them.
