Not surprised Powdrell went to the portal. He has elite speed and was good to play for us as a True Freshman. He's from TX no no loyalty to the region.
I'd expect him to get some pretty big offers. I actually think it's our biggest loss though because we were thin at DB. Think we will be fine at RB now that Davis is staying. We're going to need to go to the portal for some DB help.
Yup…. Unfortunately I think this one is our biggest loss.
Scottre- complete stud, but Davis and jones are just as good or better.
Moore- nfl talent…. But we somehow have a machine on campus that just clones all American OL guys. Will be fine here.
Rohan- annoying he is leaving, but I love the depth we have in the TE room.
Powdrell…. Fairly thin here. Really need Jon Johnson to come back.

Someone commented seeing an interesting scene on the sidelines during the 1st half, an odd look basically. Can't remember his exact words but it was different than previous games. I wonder if between the semi final and championship game some of these planned transfers became known by the team and created some animosity? This team had been so tight throughout the season, but hearing players are bailing could have created some drama that trickled into the game. Perhaps arguments even took place that had them distracted and losing that tightness. The reason I say this is the "Staying" posts, just not something I think has happened before. It just seems a statement is being made and generally when something like that happens it was caused by a rift.
On the other hand, the videos as they were leaving to go to Frisco, the Top Golf scenes, all seemed like they were still having fun with their "brothers" and feeling confident. So maybe reading too much into it.

What’s awesome is IF he stays healthy, in my mind, we still have our best two backs.
Better than a healthy Scottre?
No.
Scottre the last two games? Yes.

No doubt, but Scottre wasn’t healthy.
I think some of you are forgetting how good he is when he’s right.

I think the same can be said for Julius. When he’s right, he’s damn good. Haven’t seen that since 2023.

He was the best RB on the team when he was a healthy Bobcat. When he wasn't both of those things at the same time he wasn't our best RB.
Eastwood, did not make it. Ball out! Recovered, by Montana State!! The Bobcats hold!!! The Bobcats hold!!!

That's a big one. Now only losing Moore and (potentially) Sain on the OL along with Wehr graduating. Should be more of the same great line play in 2025.

I would imagine most of the starting defense and offensive players can play FBS. I’m not saying they’d get big NIL deals, but they would definitely make teams.

I’m with you Nana, a message is being delivered. Thankful for the guys that step up to say something too, those are your team leaders in ‘25 and a new internal statement is made.

Here is a link to 247 sports "Currently Available" status Transfer Portal Rankings...
https://247sports.com/season/2025-footb ... portaltop/
Interesting to see, Moore is the 5th ranked player on 247 for available transfers, and the 110th ranked overall player. Dwyer from Idaho is the 34th ranked overall player. Cool to see one of our guys being one of the top transfers, but also sucks at the same time. Hopefully wherever he goes, he plays and makes it to the NFL.

We get a however instead of a that being said, that's a plus.
I’ve been told that everything before “but” is negated by the word, and that “however” is just a but in a tuxedo,
