Not sure this is a coaching job I'd want to have right now. Doesn't seem like the president supports spending resources on football and previously wrote an op-ed on the subject. This seems like a no-win situation for the coaching staff.

Because ultimately Vigen is in charge and can explain to recruits what type of offense he wants to run. The OC will bring his own ideas but the general idea is well known at this point.

I have no idea if this is the case, but it's possible that Udy is going to be the guy at OC and that it hasn't been announced yet.
