Any news on Marah returning to action?
Next question might be is Bunyan hurt. She didn't come down the floor at all once on offense and when the officials stopped play she went to the bench looking a bit dinged up.
In the replay I watched, after throwing an overhead pass Bunyon came down on an Idaho player's foot and twisted her ankle. Hopefully, it's nothing serious.

58-57!! You're final score!! Daniel Salle

I was worried about this game. A dismal performance and all of a sudden we are 0 for our last 2 after winning 19 in a row and going into Boise full of doubt. This was a very solid win to send us to Boise with our groove back. I especially liked how we established a lead in the 2nd half and refused to give it up. Good work ladies.
Also liked that Binford mixed up lineup so they went back k to that core group coming off the bench.

Just fantastic coaching. She knew that dynamic is what made this team so great.

It was fun to watch Esme Morales and Coach Binford be interviewed back-to-back on Cat Chat tonight. Esme mentioned that she wants to coach after her professional career is over and Binford said that her son suggested that Esme could replace her when she retires. It was said jokingly but I can't say I'd be overly surprised if Esme ends up on the MSU staff down the line like a few other former players have in the past. She and Binford clearly mesh well together, Esme said about four or five times how happy she is to have ended up at MSU to finish her career.

The only thing said was that Marah will be ready to go for Boise. No mention of any other injuries.

Congrats ladies, way to bounce back! If Sac State beats PSU tonight (they lead by 11 in the 4th quarter) then the Bobcats will play either UNC or PSU in the quarterfinals and then Weber or ISU in the semis if they advance.
Not that I would have been too worried, but Sac State would be a tough draw as a nine seed. They are way more talented than that. I'm glad they're on the other side of the bracket.

I watched part of Sac State's game on Monday night against last place Portland State and they looked absolutely nothing like the team that played in Bozeman Saturday afternoon. I think if MSU played Sac again the result would be very different, but at the same time I'm also fine with them being over on the other side of the bracket. MSU didn't have much trouble with either of their potential opponents in the regular season games against them. The road game at UNC was close early on but MSU pulled away late.

Sac was 12-27 from three against us and at least two of them banked in.
