Re: 30 wins!!!
Some other fun facts or fun stats….
The 55.5 ppg allowed is the lowest in Bobcat history (previous best defense in ppg allowed was 58 last year). The lowest allowed by a team in Big Sky history is 54 ppg.
The 483 steals for season is best ever for a Bobcat team in history (previous best was 345)…..and the 483 is now second best ever in Big Sky history only topped by one of the Sac State run and gun teams from a few years back.
Taylee tied the Big Sky record for most steals in a single game at 11.
Her 113 steals for season moves her into a tie for fourth most steals in a season in Big Sky History…..and the 113 steals ties her for second most in Bobcat history with Liz Holz. Liz stole 113 in 30 games and Taylee stole 113 in 33 games. But I suspect if we had the minutes played factored in then Taylee numbers would be as good or better than Liz! And as mentioned in another post, Liz Holz holds the record with 124 steals in a season. Just fyi, Liz had over 100 steals in 3 consecutive seasons. If Taylee stays healthy she will likely break the all time record by Liz.

I'm not saying we'll go 30-3 next year, but I do think we are in for run of epic seasons-as long a coach Binford and coach Smallwood stick around and our best players don't portal. In fact, I think we are going to be a sought after destination with the portal-as we were with Esmeralda Morales. Exciting times ahead for sure!

Thirty wins is an incredible achievement...I think it might be the most since the "Golden Bobcats" were 36-2 in 1928-1929 season....what a job by Coach Bin, her staff and the players on this team.

Remember that they have another game still to play. I'd think #2 at 117 is in reach.BobcatDel wrote: ↑Fri Mar 14, 2025 2:01 amSome other fun facts or fun stats….
