I'd guess that athletic department staff, cheerleaders, and band members (if they're going) would get seats on the plane before boosters.

Bobcat athletics is a business to the coaches, school leadership, and players. It's time the fans treat Bobcat athletics as a business too.

Re: Bobcats - Buckeyes WBB Thread
I don’t watch local news much but of the seven mentions/features on local college basketball all seven have been on the UM men. I saw something MSU men’s hockey and haven’t seen anything about the MSU women’s basketball team. Coincidence?
MSU - 16 team National Champions (most recent 2024); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

I've noticed the same thing. I guess the media not having their beloved griz in the dance the last three years
has a lot of pent up attention lined up. Thank goodness that Mara made that put back shot! Otherwise we would be
inundated with gris in the media even worse than it already is. A Wisconsin win cannot come soon enough, thank you.

Re: Bobcats - Buckeyes WBB Thread
Grace, Austin (TV) and Parker, Victor (news paper) are all covering the Cats from Ohio. Though I agree that there seems to be more coverage of gris, that is mainly because they are playing a day earlier. I will keep the rest of my opinions about SWX to myself.aucat wrote: ↑Thu Mar 20, 2025 9:18 amI've noticed the same thing. I won’t. Rainey is the biggest homer and fan girl of all time.

Given my concern for the current status of the MSU men’s basketball program I just cannot pull for our rival to win today. However for the reputation of the big sky conference I would prefer to not see Wisconsin blow them out

The last time the Griz played Wisconsin in the NCAA Tournament the final score was 73-49. Add about 10 points to each team's total and you've got about what I think today's final score will be, although I hope the game is closer than that for the sake of the conference.

Yeah watch his tweets. One tweet about the Bobcats playing to 10 tweets about the griz. But no he's not a griz fan.

He is based in Missoula. Grace Lawrence probably never tweets about the Griz.

The Griz were hanging in there but Wisconsin is on a 17-5 run to open up a 16 point lead.

He is the Sports Director for SWX stations not just bubbleville. His long defense, of his reporting on Colter's media interviews, says it all.

Wisconsin beat Cats by 12 and the Griz by 19. So the Cats are 7 points better than the Griz.

Will need to start setting notifications for games. Wanted to watch the griz get kicked to the curb.

Re: Bobcats - Buckeyes WBB Thread
What’s the Missoula channel that’s been playing in Bozeman since the dawn of time? I had no idea that was still going on until I watched the 10:00 news last night while in Bozeman. All the news, weather and sports was centered on Missoula…still. So bizarre. Like having a weird dream.
