The duals are track and field. But we don't get a point because I don't think each school hosts a dual every year. We get a point each for women's and men's indoor championship standings and then both for outdoor championship standings. So that's already 4 points for track and field. To add duals would be even more.

They don't each but also don't each host a football game. I think the question is why not count the duals and not the championship sine it is only time they truly go head to head. The championships make sense due to the best hopefully all competiting at that time but other schools impact those scores.lutecat wrote: ↑Sun Mar 30, 2025 5:08 amThe duals are track and field. Because they have absolutely zero chance of winning a dual.tetoncat wrote: ↑Sun Mar 30, 2025 9:22 amThey don't each but also don't each host a football game. The gris suck at almost everything. What a sheet show. They took a top football and women’s basketball team and turned them into average and mediocre. They’re lucky our hoop team is flailing or they would have nothing. They’re lucky our can’t even get kids to attend school there. Wtf? lol!

Re: BRAWL Series - 24-25
Are we giving a point per new building or does the school with more new buildings earn one point? My vote would be every new building is a point every major remodel is a half a point.iaafan wrote: ↑Sun Mar 30, 2025 6:17 pmBecause they have absolutely zero chance of winning a dual.tetoncat wrote: ↑Sun Mar 30, 2025 9:22 amThey don't each but also don't each host a football game. In the official Brawl Series, the gris were able to sneak out a 4-3 win in Women's tennis. Women's golf and Men's tennis this week.

11-3 with women’s golf win. Only suspense is if msu can match the biggest landslide of 14-3. UM has a good men’s tennis team (5-2 BSC) vs MSU (2-5).
MSU - 16 team National Champions (most recent 2024); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

I think needed to win womens tennis for that but maybe could pull the upset in men's.

That was the more logical path for sure. If UM would make rodeo a varsity sport like MSU did, then it would be the most wins.

We just need to ditch tennis, and add hockey.

Why not keep tennis and add hockey.

I mean we could do that, I just can’t think of a time we have ever been relevant in tennis and it doesn’t fund itself. Sure some other sports such as track and field are costly, however, they post great results.
