Javonte King looks massive.
I thought the same thing along with his frigin catchers mitts for hands.
First thing I thought — he has “the look”. Maybe he’d make a nice “refrigerator” lead-block dude at the goal line.

He doesn’t look that massive, does he?

I don't think it was much of a scrimmage. Probably mostly situational stuff. This Saturday and the Sonny Holland Spring Game on the 26th are the main ones.

Yeah, probably not a lead blocker, but he is looking a lot bigger than when he arrived at MSU and more like a prime receiving target.

He was a really good basketball player in high school.

He is a good size dude but the picture exaggerates a little bit due to the fact our corners are fairly small. They certainly struggled in the scrimmage, but seemed to be getting better every week so hopefully that works out.

At 6'4", 220, he has a significant advantage over any corner in the country. The pic is probably average in terms of what he looks like stacked up against the typical BSC cornerback. I wouldn't want to be getting blocked by him.

Vigen said something about Reed had a nice catch and run. He also mentioned Trimble. Something about they had a pair of the biggest plays of the day in the pass game.

He said that each one of them had one of the two long balls caught for the day.
Who was in the conversation regarding quarterback play. I think one came from Duchein and the other came from Wilson.

Probably exacerbated by the fact, it is McMilan(sp?). 7 inches of height and 60 pounds difference.

Jumping the gun here but MSU could go 6-4, 6-4, 6-6 at wide receiver at times with King, King and Reed. Add in Schlepp and Provience at 6-4 and 6-5 at TE.

Kenny’s interview had a nugget about the differences of Howe’s calls vs Daly. Attack vs bend don’t break.
