Looks like gris center Cade Klimczak received a waiver and will be returning for year 7 according to a report from 406 Sports.

A lot of people go to college for 7 years.

Well they brought him in from USC via the portal. And they didn’t bring him in just for the hell of it. So of course he’s competing for QB1. I can think of worse things than a USC transfer trying to earn a starting spot on the Griz.

No different than the Stanford transfer you guys just brought in. Do you think that guy isn’t competing for the starting spot?

It is immensely different. MSU graduated its 4 year starter at the position and now has an open competition for the job. When Chambers was brought in he said "this is Tommy's team, I'm just here to help where I can." That is more like the situation at UM right now. A situation where once again the coaching staff is cutting the starting QB off at the knees and failing to give him the confidence he needs to succeed.

The fact that you just tried to pin it on ole McDowell shows that you are a typical gris fan with absolutely zero football intelligence. If he's so awesome why haven't they brought him back in? You know he won his case for another year right? He's so awesome gris staff just begging to have him back right?

And i was at that game in 2018 when Sneed pissed down his leg and the Cats beat him with a LB playing QB. He was a meh qb.
