Looks like gris center Cade Klimczak received a waiver and will be returning for year 7 according to a report from 406 Sports.
A lot of people go to college for 7 years.
I know, they’re called doctors.
10 year - professional students
7 - doctors
5 - engineering/technical
4 - general studies/liberals *
1 - Dr M.R.S.

* liberals may take 10 years to get a degree before working at McDonalds as fry cook. for additional information see UM education catelog.
A fry cook at McDonald's is a legit job, unlike a right winger running a crypto grift or an outsourcing scheme.

If Jensen is actually competing for the starting job, then WOOF.
Well they brought him in from USC via the portal. And they didn’t bring him in just for the hell of it. So of course he’s competing for QB1. I can think of worse things than a USC transfer trying to earn a starting spot on the Griz.

No different than the Stanford transfer you guys just brought in. Do you think that guy isn’t competing for the starting spot?
It is immensely different. MSU graduated its 4 year starter at the position and now has an open competition for the job. When Chambers was brought in he said "this is Tommy's team, I'm just here to help where I can." That is more like the situation at UM right now. A situation where once again the coaching staff is cutting the starting QB off at the knees and failing to give him the confidence he needs to succeed.

On a related note..... how long has it been since UM was better than MSU at the QB Position? Maybe a game or two here and there before Tommy was named the starter, and maybe when they has Sneed, but it seems like decades.

Great time to be a BOBCAT!

This is college football at a very high level. It’s not a participation ribbon sport or program. I want QB competition and competition at every spot always. May the best man win the job, regardless of what that may do for someone’s confidence. If they can’t handle it, then this isn’t for them.

This is the same attitude as the gris coaching staff and the reason they haven't had a real asset at the QB position in Booby 2.0. Always looking over their shoulder if they make a mistake, always knowing that if they try to lead BH will bench them because he wants to be the star not let the QB be the star of the program.

All conf QB Sneed was not a real asset at QB? McDowell who led them to a national title game wasn’t a real asset? You have Griz Derangement Syndrome. You sounds like a 10U girls softball coach with your description above. I’ll make sure there are plenty of participation ribbons for you.

LED THEM TO A NATTY????? LED THEM? lolololololl. You made it to the title game because you had a veteran superior defense and teams kept kicking to Bergen. The fact that you just tried to pin it on ole McDowell shows that you are a typical gris fan with absolutely zero football intelligence. If he's so awesome why haven't they brought him back in? You know he won his case for another year right? He's so awesome gris staff just begging to have him back right?

And i was at that game in 2018 when Sneed pissed down his leg and the Cats beat him with a LB playing QB. He was a meh qb.
