A fun example of a softball stadium is Jane Sanders Stadium in Eugene.
$16m of the $17m was donated, but it's a good example of a decent sized (1,500 seats), relatively "low" cost facility with footprint constraints.

Yeah from what I've heard the reason MSU Billings can't really bring back its football program is because they have the opposite problem. A very high female enrollment ratio, which makes it really tough to add so many male scholarships without having to significantly expand women's programs across multiple other sports.
