MBB is about to tip off in Long Beach against Nobel University, which is a member of the NCCAA (National Christian Colleges). Nobel played Long Beach yesterday and lost 87-54, then MSU will play Long Beach tomorrow. Should be the second win of the year for the Bobcats and they've got a good shot to get another win tomorrow as Long Beach (like MSU, sadly) is 0-4 so far against D-1 opponents.
And the Cats lead 54-26 at halftime. Looks like Logie is trying to get everyone pretty much equal minutes in this one.

Doesn’t look like Nobel stands a prayer of winning this.

Re: MBB vs Nobel University
Cats up by 40 with about 11 minutes to play. We are playing deep into the rotation, and all of the guys are getting in on the action.
Long Beach State tomorrow night. They are a lot like we are, have lost 4 games against their D1 opponents. They lost big to San Diego State and Fresno State and had close losses to Pacific and Illinois State.
Should be a fun one to watch tomorrow night!!
Tonight was Old School - no TV, just Brian Priebe on the Bobcat Radio Network. Reminded me of the days of radio being the main way to follow your team on the road. Priebe does an excellent job with the broadcast on his own tonight, with Keegan Gilogily being back home prepping for the Brawl of the Wild.
