I think he meant our game against the winner, which is 2:00 eastern on the 6th.

I went in and renewed and received confirmation for all three rounds of tickets. Today, when I log in, I only see that I’m confirmed for the last two playoff options 12-13 and 12-20 and I don’t see that my card has been charged for 12-6 tickets. I also don’t have any emails or confirmation of tickets. Anybody else got tickets yet? I really don’t love the Ticketswest website.

Called the ticket office on this as well. The Website doesn't show any record of my application for round two either, but she assured me that all is well and the actual electronic tickets will show up in the account on Monday!

Interesting. When I log into my account it shows all 3 playoff games in my account. When I click the particular games it says I can download them yet…which is what I expected….but at least I know the reserved tickets are recognized in my account pending notification to download.

And just to make sure we're talking apples to apples here, and maybe others are having issues viewing them as well. Are you logging into the TicketsWest website with your credentials and then going to the MSU Bobcats page from there. Then if I click on Season Ticket Renewals and get to that page, then click on the Edit Account link, then from there go to the Order History tab... I do see the order transactions in there but the renewing of my season tickets for the playoff games, as well as the additional student tickets I bought, as well as the additional tickets I bought for personal use. When you click on any of them, no you can't get the tickets to load because they don't exist yet. We don't even know who we're playing.

If there is an easier way to see the status of what you ordered, and when it comes time to download the tickets... please post the instructions here. Thanks.

-upper left of the page are some bars which is a menu…open it and hit “sign-on”
-when signed-in go to “my account” link on upper left menu again
-when you hit “My Account” and it opens the bottom half of the page is titled “My Upcoming Events”
-scroll down to each event I have tickets ordered for including my basketball, volleyball and football tickets
-click on the game of interest (all 3 playoff games are shown)
-it correctly shows my tickets, my seats, but says I can not download them yet. It does show Yale/Youngstown State on first set of tickets, Saturday Dec 6 and time TBD.

I went through the renewal process online. A few days ago I called the ticket office to double check. They said I had renewed only for the last two games. I told them I never received any confirmation from them and they said they didn’t send any out. Anyways, they got me in for all the games but I still haven’t received any confirmation. Hmmm

Just FYI, that is going to ticketswest. When you got to msubobcats.com and click tickets then it takes you to montanastate.evenue.net which is ticketswest. Just want to make sure people understand that is just a different way to get to the same place, it isn't something different.

Do I have time to cancel a few of my tickets? I was one that never received the original email laying out how the playoff tickets for seasonticket holders was going to work.

20 minutes into them being released and it’s looking like 80-85% are sold.

Hoping to get at or near capacity again, now if the weather can cooperate so those of us driving to the game and all make it there on time….

I reserved all 3 games, last week worked great. This week they sold them out from under me. Hope its not happening to others.

Those times are indeed correct, but that's Eastern time so it's 2 PM or 5:30 PM Mountain. We won't know for sure until after the games this weekend but if it's Cat/Griz Part 2 it seems quite likely that matchup would get the 2 PM kick on ABC instead of the later ESPN2 game.

Not sure what you're saying here but if you pre bought\reserved all the games way back when, you'll have an email confirmation for that. They can't sell them out from under you. You can just call the ticket office and they should have it on file.

Yep, forecast is strange right now. I just checked and it says a high of 54 in Bozeman Friday, but only a high of TWELVE in Great Falls, where I'm traveling from. Snow on the way as well.
