So coming off the cat/griz victory this last weekend…...
Next year the griz come back to bozeman for cat/griz….. good chance we win that game….. safe to assume that both teams would be making the playoffs again…….. and with the cats being the higher seed (coming off the victory)….. the griz would come to bozeman again in the playoffs (if the bracket allows)……
So we could potentially be looking at 3 cat/griz home games in a row…. And 5 straight wins in a 3 year span.
I just want to be the first person to officially call this out.

Looking at ticket sales this year, the NCAA will conspire to keep MSU and um on the opposite sides of the bracket.

Not so fast! I called this out in another thread... and looking at both schedules, I think it's a very real possibility that the Griz come back to Bozeman in the playoffs, OR they meet in Nashville. Although I think it take another year where they hit a bunch of really good transfer scores, and Bobby getting them to all play well together again. I'll give credit, he did a good job with that, enough to beat most teams in the country. Just not us.

Great time to be a BOBCAT!

They start with three snoozers, shocker, in WAGriz. Then things start to get a bit more interesting as they have to travel to Oregon State. I think they lucked out here and I bet OSU is terrible next year, the Griz might win that game. Then we'll hear all about RTD, we're back!!!, etc. Then on to UC Davis, another tough one. Then back home for what should be a dangerous Northern Colorado team. Then they have to go to Flagstaff. Then back home vs Idaho. Then a bye, then AT EWU, back home for their last two home games vs PSU and ISU. Then they get to come back to Bozeman. I'll throw my early prediction out there and guess they'll have 2 or 3 losses when they come to Bozeman. It feels weird to me that I would actually not mind if they came to Bozeman with only one loss (Their absolute best case scenario IMO). Cats should be ranked toward to top, and the better the Griz are when we beat them will help with seeding.

The Griz regular season schedule next year is no cake walk. They have road games against Oregon State, UC Davis, NAU, Eastern, and of course, MSU. Wouldn't be too much of a stretch to see them drop 3 or 4 of those.

Southern Utah looked decent a few of their games, that could be an interesting early game for the Griz. Be a big question to see how the offense performs in Missoula

It’s two days after the semis. The transfer portal isn’t even heating up yet. Things can and will change for every big Sky team. Who knows what rosters look like this spring or next fall.
Hating the griz since 02.

Ha! Yes but your was way more succinct and to the point.

I spent too much time typing mine up because I'm burning up nervous energy which will be the norm for the next eleven days before I leave to watch the Bobcats win the National Championship.

OSU sucks, UC Davis won't be nearly as good next year if Pinnick really leaves, NAU on the road is likely a loss, EWU sucks. There's a chance they could lose 3 of those 4 but there's also a good chance they win 3 of those 4. Either way they aren't winning in Bozeman next year.
Eastwood, did not make it. Ball out! Recovered, by Montana State!! The Bobcats hold!!! The Bobcats hold!!!

And the portal opens on the 6th correct.
Just saw a piece on faceless book that already showed a list of qbs that could/will be leaving…
