Favorite TD play (taking context out of it because obviously the last one would win)?

What was your favorite play of the natty (Lamson to Dowler on 4th and 10 in OT excluded because that's some movie script stuff)

What was your favorite play of the year?

Why on Earth did I think I could drink like I was 22 again last night? O/U on my ibuprofen consumed today is sitting at 9.5. Surprisingly able to hammer the under on Rolaids though.

You can't spell dUMb without UM and now you can't spell grizzLLies without 2 Ls.

I'm curious on your guy's take for our run game. Seems like from the get-go, Lamson was slinging it, (very well) but we rarely saw Julius and Jones for the entire game. Was ISU's D-Line that legit? Obviously, the false start penalties didn't help things...

Dawson had more carries than Cats team. Both teams averaged same YPC with 2 or 3 negative plays for Cats due to snaps. Lamson slung it first half but only 6/14 in 2nd for about 60 yds. And we never tried to establish run. Jones averages 9.2
Cats had 6 receivers with better Avg yard per catch than ISU best guy. Game plan to beat them via the pass?

Next week is the National Championship, and the Natty…that’s just a field trip to go pick up the trophy.
I wouldn’t be so dismissive. Gotta earn it.
Yikes! My initial comment did not age well. Your reply @Common Cat ...spot on brother!!

Three more: How much extra conditioning did Coach give Taco for the TD dive? Taco & Lamson mentioned expecting something in the post game.

Save vein, Sanstead launched his helmet higher than the kick immediately after the game. Had I done that with my hat back in the day Coach O'Neill would still have me running jingle-jangles. Does Sanstead get some punishment too?

Something tells me Coach might be a little soft with the discipline for those two plays though.

Last one, have you stopped smiling yet? I know I haven't. GO CATS FOREVER!

Can you summarize the pros and cons of both Frisco and Nashville? How likely do you think it is that the Natty stays in Nashville longer than next year? Would you like it to stay there, return to Frisco, or go somewhere else?

Also, can you comment on the auti decline of personal foul penalties on PATs in OT? Seems dangerous. Any chance that rule gets revised?

Excluding junior high football, what is the record for most false starts in a game? And did we possibly break the record for most false starts in a season?

I would like to hear Coach's explanation. That was as bizarre as anything I've seen and damn near cost us a National Championship! "What the hell was going on out there"

Go Cats!

That penalty made me so mad. That was downright dirty

I have never seen that nasty of a facemask before. The logic behind making that an auto decline escapes me.

Does Miles Sansted get to take over Blake Glessner’s nickname after making that clutch PAT?

The logic is that in CFB overtime, each team starts their possession at the 25 yard line, by rule. In the spirit of this rule - and to give both teams the same set of conditions - it would be an unfair advantage for the other team to start their possession at the 12-1/2 yard line based on what happened in a totally unrelated possession.

To me, the more egregious officiating issues were the consistently terrible spots, lack of reviews on plays that should have been, and phantom false starts and/or disconcerting signals that should have been called that weren't.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Except if it wad dead ball personal foul they would assess it. So if Petre had gotten up and taunted or shoved the guy they would have moved the Cats try to the 40.
